Caleigh Barnett has spent her life on stage. She began voice lessons as a young child and has been performing ever since—singing, playing guitar, piano, and fiddle. Her early years with The School of Rock helped develop her skills as a live performer, and her passion for music only grew from there.
Originally trained in classical violin, Caleigh later embraced fiddle playing after moving to Southwest Virginia, following in the footsteps of her grandaddy. Over the years, she has performed alongside well-known artists and opened for bluegrass legends. Today, she continues to perform regularly with her band, Caleigh Barnett and Flatt Out Blue, at festivals and venues across the region.
Beyond music, Caleigh has studied dance, acted in numerous plays and films, and enjoys songwriting, running track, playing softball, and staying active. She and her family founded Giving Hope Southwest Virginia, a food pantry serving their local community, and actively support Shepherds Men–Share Military Initiative, which assists veterans recovering from the hidden wounds of war.
Caleigh is also active in the pageant world and uses her platform to advocate for her community and causes she believes in.
